InviteWise respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a formal copyright infringement notice with InviteWise, you must transmit a written communication to support@invitewise.app containing the following statutory elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the specific material to be removed, including direct URLs on InviteWise;
- Your complete contact information (name, physical address, email, and telephone number);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rightful owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notice containing the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to support@invitewise.app.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with federal law, InviteWise maintains a zero-tolerance policy and will permanently terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
